J. Scott Jagoe — Jagoe Homes Inc., Dynami Solutions Founder
J. Scott Jagoe, an Owensboro, Kentucky native, is co-owner of Jagoe Homes Inc. and co-founder of Dynami Solutions. Scott has been a builder and developer of residential communities for 26 years in Kentucky and Indiana, building thousands of homes and developing thousands of lots. He served in 2004 as President of the Home Builders Association of Kentucky, is a past Director of NAHB, is a current Builder 20 member and serves on the Owensboro Metropolitan Planning Commission. Scott graduated with a BS degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from University of Denver under the tutelage of Chuck Schinn. Married to Carmen, they have 2 children, Lindsey and Alex.

Bill Jagoe — Jagoe Homes Inc., Dynami Solutions Founder
Bill Jagoe is co-owner of Jagoe Homes Inc. and co-founder of Dynami Solutions. The company has built thousands of homes in Western and Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Bill is a real SOB (son of a builder) and often says his home building education started at conception. Well not quite, but shortly after. His first NAHB was in Houston in 1972 at age 12. Early on he was exposed to Lee Evans and Dave Stone at the family dinner table. PO's as well as marketing have always been a part of his diet. After obtaining a B.S. from Murray State University in Real Estate and Construction Management he started his own building company in 1982. He joined forces with brother Scott to form Jagoe Homes in 1985. Bill has served in various local association offices through the years from president to national rep. He is currently President of the Shawnee Trails Council of the Boy Scout of America. He is married to Kim and they have four children Craig, Megan, Rush and Hadley.
